Computer System Servicing (CSS NCII)
The COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that must possess to enable to install and configure computers systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks.

This course is designed to develop & enhance the knowledge, skills, & attitudes of a Computer Systems Service Technician, in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic and common competencies in addition to the core competencies such as to install and configure computers systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks.

Install and Configure Computer Systems
The following are the tasks needed to perform for installation and configuration of computer systems:
- Assemble computer hardware
- Prepare installer
- Install operating system and drivers for peripherals/ devices
- Install application software
- Conduct testing and documentation
Setup Computer Networks
The following are the tasks needed to perform for set-up computer networks:
- Install network cables
- Set network configuration
- Set router/Wi-Fi/ wireless access point/repeater configuration
- Inspect and test the configured computer networks
Setup Computer Server
The following are the tasks needed to perform for set-up computer server:
- Set-up user access
- Configure network services
- Perform testing, documentation and pre-deployment procedures
Maintain and Repair Computer Systems and Networks
The following are the tasks needed to perform for maintain and repair computer systems and networks:
- Plan and prepare for maintenance and repair
- Maintain computer systems and networks
- Diagnose faults of computer systems and networks
- Rectify/correct defects in computer systems and networks
- Inspect and test the computer systems and networks
