ADMISSION, GUIDANCE AND TESTING CENTER
In support with the mission and vision of DWCC, Admission Guidance and Testing Center aims to provide flexible services to bring out holistically developed DIVINISTAS.
The goal of Admission, Guidance and Testing Center is to assist the academic community in creating a mentally healthy, inclusive and gender-fair environment that will provide students with appropriate opportunities for growth even at this time of pandemic. Counselors conduct flexible services for pre-admission, individual and group counseling, crisis debriefing, and career counseling. They also organize webinars for the students’ academic, career guidance, social-emotional needs and facilitate psychological assessment to discover the students’ abilities and talents to become totally developed DIVINISTAS.

WHAT WE DO
Counseling
- Remote psychological first aid, tele-counselling, web counseling, tele-mental health, follow-ups among referred students thru mobile, landline and secured online platforms
- Face-to-Face Counseling (by appointment, adhering to health and safety protocols)
- Home Visits and Referrals

Consulting
- Conduct Conferences/consultations of students’ concerns thru mobile, landline and secured online platforms among administrators, teachers and parents
- Conduct series of webinars for mental health and wellness among students, faculty and parents using secured digital and livestreaming platforms

Coordinating
- Utilize Guidance FB Page to inform the students of school and guidance-related activities and up-to-date guidelines
- Submit resumes to companies who requested list of graduates (Toyota, Isuzu, fcn ormin distribution, scheirman construction consolidated inc.)
- Conduct virtual career fairs in partnership with jobs180.com

Appraising
- Conduct synchronous and asynchronous sessions of Individual Assessment and Testing using secured online platforms
- Conduct of Online Career Guidance Week
- Conduct of Guidance Survey/Action Research utilizing the office data available
- Conduct of Evaluation/Feedback Mechanism to enhance guidance services
Peer Facilitators' Club
An accredited co-curricular organization, under the Guidance Office which aims to establish a significant helping relationship among students to promote camaraderie as they reach out to the DWCC Community.
Mangyan Students Organization
An accredited co-curricular organization, under the Guidance Office which aims to develop confident and participative Mangyan students who will be academically competent and cooperative inside and outside DWCC.
Inclusive Education Program
Students with condition are monitored and are offered special accommodations as approved by the school administrators in their respective program
