STUDENT ASSISTANT SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
Requirements:
- Should qualify for admission in any program in DWCC
- Accomplished Application Forms, and a LETTER OF INTENT by the applicant addressed to the SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE
- Barangay Clearance from the residential address (original copy)
- Copy of Senior High School card with general average grade not lower than 83% for incoming freshman, or copy / screenshot of grades from MAMS (GWA should not be lower than 83%)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (original copy)
- Photocopy of Class Schedule
- Photocopy of Electric and Water bills for the last 3 months
- Receipt of Php 1,000.00 down payment (photo copy) upon enrollment
- Certificate of Indigency
- Copy of the parents’ latest INCOME TAX RETURN (ITR) from BIR
- References and/or recommendations from 2 persons, addressed to the SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE
- Parental consent addressed to the SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE, stating that the student is allowed to work at the College (DWCC);
- Should enroll a regular unit load specified in the curriculum
•Submission of requirements is only during the first semester, except for the following: RECEIPT OF DOWNPAYMENT, CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER, PHOTOCOPY OF CLASS SCHEDULE, SCREENSHOT OF GRADES FROM MAMS.

- Original copy of Certificate of No/Low Income signed by Brgy. Chairman
- Original copy of Affidavit of No/Low Income
- Photocopy of Valid ID
- Original copy of Special Power of Attorney and Photocopy of Valid ID of Authorized Representative
- Processing Fee – Php 100.00 (BIR)
- Documentary Stamp – Php 30.00 (BIR)
