The Divine Word College of Calapan, Inc. has been formally recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for its exemplary commitment to internationalization, sustainability, and innovation in higher education. DWCC received a Certificate of Commendation for its outstanding and noteworthy performance in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2025, where the institution placed 281st globally.
The commendation highlights DWCC’s continued dedication to elevating Philippine higher education through globally aligned practices and meaningful contributions to nation-building. The award was received on December 10, 2025, during CHED’s Internationalization Champions of Nation-Building and Sustainability Awards.
Representing the institution during the ceremony was Ms. Claudette G. Sim, Internationalization and External Linkages Officer.
DWCC remains steadfast in its mission to uphold quality education and advance its role as a globally recognized institution.
